Toyota Fortuner Ready to Launch

The most awaited car Toyata Fortuner in the Indian market in SUV segment. Toyota has kept Indian customers waiting for Toyota Fortuner for quite some time now. However, the company is set to launch Toyota Fortuner on 24th of August 2009. Toyota would launch Toyota Fortuner in India with a face-lift model of an existing model that has been recently launched in Malaysia. Toyota Fortuner is an impressive power machine which sporty looks can take anyone’s fancy. The company official indicates that the all variants of Toyota Fortuner will be priced in the range of Rs 18 to 19.5 lacs.

Toyota makes an amazing combination of boldness and refinement to give Toyota Fortuner a sporty and stylish look in a formal way. This might be a one of the best SUV from Toyota in Indian car market. The new Toyota Fortuner is an elegantly functional car, with stylish and elegant interiors. The new front grille design, chrome slide view mirror, sporty roof rails, black sporty side step and its 16" alloy wheels gives it killer looks. The double wishbone with coil springs front suspension and 4-link with coil spring rear suspension reduces the jerks and makes driving of Toyota Fortuner more comfortable.

Toyota has launched only the diesel variant of Toyota Fortuner that delivers maximum power 160PS and 3.0L diesel engines which generates 163PS power. The new Toyota Fortuner is equipped with optitron meter gauges which are designed for the better readability and convienence for driver.

Toyota Fortuner features a 2-din single CD/ MP3-capable head-unit with a six-speaker system which provides audio entertainment and an information display console which updates time, direction, outside temperature and some other nice functions. The dual air conditioning system of Toyota Fortuner with automatic climate control provides weather as to the need of drivers and passengers at all time.
