1) Engine: If you consider the engine of your car, always remember that the life and performance of you car engine depends on the engine oil. The oil should be checked regularly and oil changes at proper time are the most important aspect to prevent engine breakdown and keep your engine in good condition.

2) Electrical System: Electrical system of your car includes the battery, starter, fuses and alternator. If the battery terminals are not clean it may interrupt the flow of current around the electrical system. If you are going to do any work on the electrical system of your car, first disconnect the battery terminals before doing any work.

3) Brakes: The maintenance of the brake of your car is very important for the safety purpose. The brake of your car may be affected with dust or any other nasty stuff and if you leave it there too long it might create some problem to brakes to perform well.

4) Cooling System: The cooling system of the engine of your car is also very important aspect for the performance of your car. If the cooling system is ineffective, or not performing well, the engine of your car overheats during long journey or if you are driving fast. So always give special attention to the radiator cap, coolant level and fan belt especially in summer. Never open the radiator cap if the coolant system is hot, in the hot coolant system, coolant is under pressure and pressure release might burn you.

5) Tyres: Fuel efficiency and handling comfort of your car always depends on the tyre pressure and condition of the tyre so check the tyre pressures regularly at least once a week and rotate the tyres after 5000 km drive.
