Tata Indigo Vista

After the huge success of Tata Indica Vista, India's leading auto manufacturer Tata Motors plans to launch Tata Indigo Vista by the end of this August, 2009. Tata Indigo Vista is completely build on its most popular model Tata Indica Vista platform and is manufactured as a joint venture between auto majors Fiat and Tata Motors at Ranjangaon based manufacturing plant in Maharashtra. Tata Motors not disclosed any information regarding the price of Tata Indigo Vista but it is expected that it will be priced in the range of Rs 5 to 6 lacs. Tata Indigo Vista would be launched as an entry level sedan and will compete with Maruti Swift Dzire, Mahindra Renault Logan, Hyundai Accent, Ford New Ikon and Chevrolet Aveo and its low price tag is surely a plus point with this car.

Tata Indigo Vista will be launched with both petrol and diesel engine option. The diesel variant of Tata Indigo Vista will be equipped with a 1.3L, multi-jet diesel engine that is currently powering to Fiat Linea while the petrol variant of Tata Indigo Vista will be equipped with a 1.4L, petrol engine that is powering to current Tata Indigo. Just like the Tata Indica Vista, the upcoming car Tata Indigo Vista will also be feature a central character line on its hood, sharp crease lines on its door below the beltline, a honeycomb grille and striking petal shaped headlamps with tall tail lights.

The Tata Motors' official said that they might be launched this most awaited Tata Indigo Vista by the end of August this year. It is expected that the pricing of Tata Indigo Vista will be lower than company's other product Fiat Linea as both company have understanding on price points and they are not eyeing into each other's space.
