Honda Civic now with a sunroof

Honda Siel Cars India (HSCI) are doing have now launched a Honda Civic with a sunroof. In a star studded event including Bollywood actors Chitrangada Singh HSCI launched this new Honda Civic with a sunroof. The Honda Civic has also added a new colour to the list – now you can buy a Honda Civic in Urban Titanium along with the existing colours. This manual transmission variant of the Honda Civic is priced at Rs.13.53 lakh and the Honda Civic’s automatic transmission version is priced at Rs.14.27 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). According to Mr. Tatsuya Natsume, Director, Marketing, Honda Siel Cars India, “We are delighted to introduce the new Civic with sunroof which further augments the style quotient of the car and make it even more desirable. We believe that this variant will greatly appeal to the customers for whom the style is a way of life.”

Currently the Honda Civic is powered by a i-VTEC, 1.8L, 4-Cylinder, in-line, 16 valves, petrol engine with 1,799 cc displacement, 132 PS maximum power at 6,300 rpm and 17.5 Kg-m torque at 4,300 rpm. Honda Civic comes in three variants Honda Civic 1.8 S MT, Honda Civic 1.8 V MT and Honda Civic 1.8 V AT. The car has been priced between Rs 12,07,000 – Rs 14,13,000 (ex-showroom, New Delhi).

Honda Civic comes with extensive safety features such as anti-lock brakes, front-seat side airbags and full-length side-curtain airbags. Two-tier dashboard layout, leather seats, front fog lamps and turn indicators integrated into outside rear-view mirrors give the car a very gorgeous look and feel. The manual version of the car gives a mileage of about 10.8kmpl in a city and 15.5 on the highway. While the automatic gives a mileage of about 8.9kmpl in the city and 13.1 on a highway.
