Volkswagen India is a well known name in the India Car Market. In a very little time, this German car manufacturer has been able to make an individual identity of its own. Volkswagen Polo was launched in India last year and since then it has been successful in receiving people's love and affection. Now Volkswagen has made a little enhancement by adding on electrically adjustable mirrors to this hatckback car.
When Volkswagen Polo was launched in the year of 2010, it was launched with manual adjustable mirrors. However, with adding of the electrically adjustable mirrors, Volkswagen has deleted the express down facility from the power windows of the car. According to the grapevine, this German car manufacturer is also expected to add on some more impressive features in its Volkswagen Polo, which might include in steering audio controls, which will make it more charming and superior than other hatchback cars in the country.
Apart from the electrically adjustable mirrors, Volkswagen Polo features will include, 1.6 litre petrol engine, with 5 speed manual transmission. This hatchback car gives a pretty decent mileage of 15.96 km per litre. Volkswagen Polo also has 15 inches of alloy wheels, ABS, front disc brakes, power steering and many more. Volkswagen India is also planning to launch its much anticipated car, known as Volkswagen Jetta on 17th August 2011. With big daddies of the Indian Car Market, such as Ford and Maruti India is launching their mid-sized sedans, even Volkswagen India is also geared up to join the league by launching Volkswagen Jetta. As far as the price is concerned, Volkswagen Polo price will land between the price tag of Rs 4,67,711 to Rs 7,22,752. On the other hand, the expected price of yet to be launched Volkswagen Jetta could be around Rs 13,31,642 to Rs 13,31,642.
